We can perform the role as one of your of Competent Person in accordance with The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations which require that; “Every employer shall appoint one or more competent persons to assist him in undertaking the measures he needs to take to comply with the requirements”

Our Consultants are Chartered Health and Safety Practitioners, professionally qualified and experienced and able to provide assistance as and when required, via email, telephone and on site whenever needed. 

Our competent person service includes:

• Advice, guidance and practical support on a day to day basis.
• We will liaise with the Enforcing Authorities on behalf of, or in cooperation with, you on any health and safety related matters if required
• Provide you with frequent emailed information detailing any updates on health and safety legislation and best practice which are relevant to your operations
